Mound Harbor Renaissance Dev., LLC has been working with the city of Mound for over two years in designing the redevelopment of the City’s historic downtown, along the shore of Lost Lake. The downtown redevelopment plan is mixed use. The first phase is the Lost Lake District in which there will be 37 luxury townhomes. Seventeen of these homes will directly overlook Lost Lake, with many of the remaining twenty homes having partial views. Every home will have access to Lake Minnetonka and it’s own 26-foot or 30-foot boat slip. Lost Lake also includes a small commercial building- A perfect site for a coffee house or office space.
Brenshell Townhomes, LLC is building 37 townhomes along the new harbor and greenway. They will offer a variety of floor plans with three sizes available. These townhomes will range from 2100 to over 3100 finished square feet. They are custom designed to meet the needs of each owner and offer an optional elevator, 2 or 3 bedrooms, and a 1 or 2 car garage layout. The spacious floor plans will astound you!

The kidney-shaped pool has an adjoining hot tub. The area is beautifully landscaped, feature wooden trellis and a decorative stamped patio. The Clubhouse has a small kitchen that opens up towards the pool and bathroom facilities complete with showers, – perfect for pool parties and association gatherings. Construction of the pool area is complete!
The docks are installed and will be ready for the 2007 boating season. Each owner will have a slip which accommodate boats up to 30 feet in length and not more than a single screw. The docks feature running water and electricty. They also have the ability for the owner to have a canopy and boat list if they choose. The greenway around the harbor is nearing completion providing beautiful views of Lost Lake and areas to sit and take in the nature filled setting.
